These photos were taken at a combined birthday party for Dad, who was turning 80, and Mom, who was turning 79.
First we see the cakes and the presents, which included a money tree.
In the next two photos we see Dad with his World Cup hat, looking over the gifts while Ron, the creator of the money tree, joins him to discuss the money tree and perhaps negotiate a small loan.
Then there are posed shots of the birthday couple and their offsprings and some candid shots of some of the guests at this party.
Apparently a water ballon fight was part of the agenda as the last three photos illustrate. There is a combatant armed for battle and then two casualty suffering in the aftermath on a cool day in May.
