These pictures are from a trip to the family home in Herrin. The first two show posed group shots of some of the individuals there while the third has them in a more relaxed setting. Note the dated cars in the background.
The next two show two of the couples, the oldest and the youngest that were there.
The sixth photo shows Jake and John playing an Italian hand game that is similar to the rock, paper scissors game with two important differences: it was played in bars for drinks and cheating and arguments were expected.
The last picture shows Mom standing by the well perhaps reminiscing about her childhood. When Louise looked at this photo she started her own recollections pointing out where the chicken coop and outhouse formerly stood.
